at ugl, we are seeking interest from experienced planner / schedulers. this opportunity will see you join a reputable company with an experienced & diverse team who work together to develop and provide solutions for our customers.  this position will plan and schedule scopes of work associated with our decommissioning contract. based in our office in sale, victoria.

key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • master schedule that includes all platforms to be removed
  • high level schedule per platform outlining the premobilisation activities including long lead procurement, workpack development etc to support readiness gate process
  • platform specific schedule including workpack, jobcard and activity level, that is reflective of the agreed budget and variation hours
  • critical path activities
  • dependencies on external factors including other platform or subcontractor works

about you  

you will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create environments where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. ideally you will have\:  

  • significant trade knowledge
  • strong administration, planning and scheduling experience
  • strong computer literacy with sap (or equivalent) based planning
  • proficient skills in microsoft office and exposure to other computer systems
  • experience with scheduling software (viziya, p6, ms project, etc.)
  • strong stakeholder relationship management
  • sound understanding of site execution offshore methodologies
  • excellent written and verbal communication with people on all levels
  • trade qualification (preferred) or tertiary qualification with execution industry experience, preferably in a planning & scheduling related discipline
